Eat. Sleep. Lead. Repeat: Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor leads, manages and holds the 2nd Shift Warehouse team accountable. This Supervisor works at our Kalamazoo Headquarters, Monday-Thursday (That's right...a 3-day weekend!) from 3:00pm-2:00am. Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations revolving around the accurate and efficient picking and loading of orders onto delivery trucks. Be a positive example of working hard and having fun Lead and manage the 3rd Shift Warehouse team Oversee and assist in picking and loading beverage orders for next day delivery Build ownership and hold your team accountable Consistently identify department opportunities for improvement and create plans for implementation Work with other warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between shifts Track picking and loading reports to identify inefficiencies Monitor equipment repair needs Maintain a safe warehouse environment Attend all Leadership Development Training that Imperial provides Requirements
Enjoy a work hard/play hard culture High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred 2+ years' experience in management 2+ years' warehouse experience Forklift license preferred Leadership skills to direct employees and oversee department operations Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional Flexibility to work with varying hours Self-starter with a high productivity level Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments Ability to be exposed to varying temperatures and must be able to perform physical tasks in hot and cold areas of the warehouse and on trucks Job Posted by ApplicantPro
