Your Mission:In this role, you will be responsible for driving product and brand strategy for Little Caesars, including proactive and independent leadership of core brand initiatives and development of our menu innovation and renovation strategy. You will operate as the hub of the wheel between key positions in the organization, including Marketing, R&D, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external agencies to drive business performance. You will lead cross-functional analysis to ensure smart, data-driven decision-making and to develop growth plans rooted in consumer and competitive insights. You will interface regularly with franchisees and will harness the power of succinct brand and business storytelling to influence this key group of stakeholders. You will have critical impact on the business by leading annual marketing plans, new product innovation launches, and other programs focused on driving traffic and profit growth. You will operate with a high level of independence and regularly lead cross-functional teams and projects that require regular interaction with executive management.

Who You Are:Bachelors degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.7+ years of work experience preferred, ideally in the field of brand marketing and/or strategy, business administration, finance, or data analytics.Passionate about leadership, brand-building, and accelerating sales growth.Outstanding communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills; Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and exceptional attention to detail.Agility and deep resilience to changing market-place dynamics; Natural ability to navigate through ambiguity, think intuitively about consumers, and offer innovative solutions.A mix of operational and strategic marketing experience with a strong consumer and commercial mindset.Demonstrated excellence with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work beyond traditional office hours when required by project demands.
