The Securities Processing team is the primary point of contact for wire entries, asset transfers and money market investments. The role sits within the Prime Brokerage service line, which is a stand-alone client executive operation focused on our regional and global hedge fund clients. We enable full integration into clients' operational processes through a full suite of client facing reporting and technology tools. In addition, we serve as the front-end access to operational efficiency across financing, settlements, margin, asset servicing, among others. Responsibilities:Monitor daily reports that capture FX trades, input wires for trades and request movements from currency to stockProduce trade date/settlement date reports for client and action payments, pre-advices and journals accordinglyComplete wires and asset transfers for clients based on letters of authorizationReview internal payments entered and provide approvalInvestigate missing funds, reach out to counterparties and brokers to obtain swift of payment and liaise with treasury to settleSubmit wires to claim funds in suspense and allocate funds to correct accountProvide debit authorization to return funds received erroneouslyAssist in ADR/ORD conversionsProcess money market investments and redemptionsWork directly with the client service team to ensure timely completion of fund transfersQualifications:Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Self-starter who can manage competing deadlines, prioritize appropriately and persist and deliver in the face of obstaclesExcellent analytical skillsAbility to establish credibility at multiple levels and lead through influencingExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsOutstanding attention to detail and the ability to deliver to a high standardExecution mindset, with a focus on tangible resultsEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Operations - Transaction Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Securities and Derivatives Processing------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$49,010.00 - $68,390.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
