N.A. Sales Manager - Mining

This position is the primary sales contact for Phoenix Mining customers and is responsible for achieving the sales growth targets of the territory.RequirementsResponsible for top line sales and profitability of his/her accounts. Visit customer sites and perform sales training, presentations, etc. Establish effective communication tools using current technology (i.e. Go-to-Meeting, Webinars, mail merges etc.) Oversee overall performance of independent representatives and distributors. Negotiate major product pricing. Build working partnerships with sales agents. Act in a consultant role to identify new lighting opportunities. Creatively identify and take an active role in pursuing and bringing to conclusion lighting projects. Train new Phoenix sales managers as needed. Work together with teammates both within segment and across segments to grow Phoenix market share.
