I am partnered with a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering firm and they have a need for a Civil/Municipal Engineer . This is an onsite consulting role as a City Engineer.
Qualifications:
B.S., Civil or Environmental Engineering
3+ years of consulting experience preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) required or ability to obtain within 6 months
Capable of working with clients, contractors and other staff
Responsibilities:
Ability to report to the client site a minimum of 3 days/week with the remaining days reporting at the office
* Reviewing departmental budgets and coordinating capital improvement projects in line with the budgets
Involved in a full range of municipal public works analysis, design, construction and operation services
Assist city departments with the development of plans and specifications as well as overseeing capital improvement projects
Working with other staff members and clients on: stormwater design and management, utility design, construction administration, plat and development plan review, new client development
