Responsibilities
• Manage events for multipurpose rooms and conference spaces• Set up and break down furniture, ensure cleanliness of rooms• Oversee and upkeep audio visual equipment• Maximize space utilization for conference functions• Provide high touch customer service during events• Update AV systems firmware and software• Assist with hardware swaps as needed• Manage ITSM and daily email and phone requests• Handle issues through proper administrative channels• Follow protocol during emergency situations
Requirements
• Prior experience in audiovisual• IT experience a plus• CTS Certification a plus• Extensive knowledge in network connectivity• Experience with modern audio-visual concepts and equipment• Crestron DMC-E certification and network certification preferred• Basic knowledge of calculations and proficient computer skills
