Employee Assistance Program Base Salary Range for Multi-Site Health & Safety Coordinator $72k-$109k At our Cascades facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as the Multi-Site Health & Safety Coordinator: RESPONSIBILITIES Promote an OHS culture among unit management personnel. Help to implement your group's strategic plan within the targeted plants as OHS expert. Coordinate the implementation of OHS practices, processes, and tools within the targeted plants. Support plant management in implementing the OHS strategy. Support plant management in implementing the OHS management system. Advise the management of the plants concerned about best practices in OHS. Support the plants by acting as a resource person with the authorities and partners concerned. Monitor performance indicators and analyze their results. Define and promote OHS culture with plant management. Ensure compliance with OHS standards, laws, and regulations. Monitor and share best practices in OHS throughout the company. Ensure the continuity of the first aid program and ensure a sufficient number of first responders. Bring out the best in yourself. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS Knowledge of OHS regulations and standards. Advisor to business partners on occupational health and safety issues Leadership and expertise in building trust and promoting buy-in to proposed solutions. Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration, teamwork and risk management. Effective written and verbal communication skills to include the development and facilitation of health and safety related presentations. Ability to lead change management initiatives resulting in support and buy in from the team. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field. 3-5+ years' H&S experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP or ERP helpful.
