Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture a robust network of member relationships, acting as a trusted source for mortgage lending solutions.
- Expand our reach within the community and forge partnerships within the real estate sector through proactive outreach efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with potential borrowers to understand their financial goals, provide expert advice, and gather necessary documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of member service by staying updated on lending programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to professional ethics and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in conventional and government lending practices, with a deep understanding of the entire lending process.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.
- Capacity to manage a sizable pipeline of loans while maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a knack for multitasking.
- Demonstrated proficiency in math and accounting.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of three years of experience in conventional and FHA-insured real estate lending, with knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.

Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
