Job Title: Home Loan Direct - Mortgage Loan Officer
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in completing mortgage applications, ensuring thorough submission to the loan processing and underwriting departments.
- Evaluate loan requests, analyze financial data, and assess collateral and customer credit history to determine qualification.
- Maintain regular communication with loan customers, updating them on the progress and obtaining necessary documentation.
- Structure loans to comply with lending practices and federal regulations.
- Proactively engage in outbound calling and email outreach to potential customers, promptly responding to inquiries online or via phone.
- Address customer calls and referrals from business partners, providing information on various loan products and qualifications.
- Conduct sales calls to acquire new business and retain existing customers, in alignment with the company's marketing plan.
- Cross-sell additional bank products and services.
- Review surveys and appraisals, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Participate in networking activities to promote and market loan products.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous Sales Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Desire for a Mortgage Banking Career

- Previous mortgage origination experience in a Consumer Direct environment with strong outbound calling experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Draw Salary & Commission based.
- Anticipated earnings potential: $31,200 - $70,000+.
- Full-time position eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
