Job Description The   Market Leadership Team (MLT) program is a cross-firm program that brings together senior leaders from all lines of business to deliver the firm locally as one cohesive team. MLTs develop, implement, and drive cross-LOB strategies to advance business growth in local markets across the United States and support local engagement with employees and the community.
The MLT National team is seeking a Vice President who will  spearhead the design, development, and execution of the Business Growth framework for all MLTs, with a focus on the firm's priority markets. This strategic initiative is designed to propel the Firm's overarching business objectives across all in-market business segments. This role will play a crucial role in scaling and implementing business growth initiatives in key strategic markets, and will report directly to the Head of Business Growth for the Market Leadership Team. 
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the firm's business, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization. This individual will need to work well in a team environment and be able to represent the firm with professional courtesy and acumen. This role requires confidentiality, initiative, creative problem-solving, and strong organization skills.
The position represents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior management across all lines of business; grow knowledgebase of a variety of functions and businesses; and hone problem solving and communication skills. 
Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and refinement of the MLT business growth program, ensuring its coherence and alignment with the overall firm's goals Support in liaising with MLT leaders and members, helping to crystallize business strategies and activations that are focused on growth and profitability Help organize and prepare for Business Review Committee meetings, ensuring all members have necessary materials and insights on MLT strategies Act as a key point of contact between the Head of Business Growth and the MLT Program Management team facilitating optimal collaboration and resourcing Manage specific projects or initiatives under the business development umbrella, ensuring timely delivery and relevance Conduct competitor and industry research to provide MLTs with actionable insights; track and report on associated KPIs Forge strong relationships within the firm, particularly with data teams, communications, and marketing departments to facilitate more holistic strategy development Work closely with the data team in creating and refining business review data and reporting, ensuring they are comprehensive and user-friendly Act as a liaison between the National MLT and internal departments like Legal, Risk, and Communications, ensuring all MLT strategies and activations are compliant with Firm protocols Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of business growth initiatives and strategies, ensuring transparency and alignment Supervise a subset of the business growth team, ensuring they are adequately trained, motivated, and aligned with the firm and National MLT strategic goals Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic business development or strategy, or a leadership role in a growth-focused environment within sizable organizations or consultancies. Proven ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive growth frameworks and strategies that align with overarching business objectives. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to synthesize complex data, market trends, and insights to inform and refine growth strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and advocating for business strategies at executive levels. Proven capability to forge, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, partners, and external collaborators to ensure growth initiatives' success.
