Job summary
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.Sell human resources solutions and cultivate relationships with clients.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales and reach sales goals.• Close sales by recommending the right solutions to clients' real business needs.• Earn referral business by networking with existing and potential clients.• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.
Requirements
• Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.• Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a track record of closing sales and managing relationships.• Ambitious and thrive under pressure.• College degree is preferred but not required.• Three years of business-to-business sales experience or military experience are acceptable alternatives.
