CW-Mental Health Counselor - Licensed and Unlicensed OpeningCW Psychological Services is actively looking for therapists (both licensed and pre-licensed) to join our high-quality outpatient mental health team located in King of Prussia, PA. Our group private practice continues to grow due to the community needs so we are actively looking to provide further support to those we serve.The practice has an excellent reputation which allows for a variety of referral sources and connections with other providers in the area in order to provide a steady stream of referrals. Therapists can develop a caseload tailored to their strengths or interested specialties they want to learn through the strategic marketing efforts our administrative staff complete.Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 DOE Non-NegotiableThis position provides individual, group, or family outpatient therapy to clients and completes all required documentation to keep clients' records updated. Licensed therapists have the opportunity to complete mentorship and/or supervision of pre-licensed staff and be involved in a variety of internship programs within the practice. Unlicensed therapists have the ability to receive supervision and training toward licensure at no cost to the clinician, as well as, be hired and fully credentialed once licensed in order to maintain their built-up caseload.Our group practice is fully insurance-based in order to align with the mission and values of the practice. We are committed to providing support to our communities to create hope for a better tomorrow and are committed to having a workplace culture that aligns with this.This Role May Be Perfect For You If You Enjoy A• Supportive, educational, warm, transparent, and collaborative working environment• A workplace culture of mutual respect, open communication, transparency, and independence• A structure that encourages work/life balance – Therapists can choose their own schedule (contingent on office space availability); have minimal caseload requirements and hours devoted for administrative tasks; salaried positions to assist in compensating staff for work they complete outside of seeing clients such as collaboration and external meetings or trainings• Opportunities to engage in non-clinical related activities and growth of other areas of interest of staff and support of admin team to develop and grow as a professional• Access to company-provided snacks and beverages on-site• A fun work environment that includes frequent team-building opportunities outside of the office, free and ample parking, and a relaxed dress code• Lots of opportunities for professional growth and internal promotion of positionsResponsibilities:• Provide mental health outpatient therapy to clients through individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions dependent on clinical presentation of the client• Conduct sessions with a variety of evidence-based interventions• Complete ongoing training, consultation, and/or supervision to enhance delivery of evidence-based treatment• Tailored treatment plans to individual needs in order to assist in the attainment of collaboratively set goals and through the use of evidence-based practice modalities• Provide case management services as necessary for limited timeframe while working on referral to other resources• Communicate with other healthcare providers involved to ensure continuity of care• Respond to client crisis as necessary and make recommendations, ensure all company safety measures are followed; consultation with clinical supervisor to ensure crisis is handled appropriately• Assist with referrals or connection to appropriate levels of care, if necessary• Complete needed training, research, and exposure to evidence-based practice modalities in order to complete required treatment planning documentation and follow through to assist in client care• Complete progress notes and other documentation to keep the client's record up to date within 48 hours of the session time• Potential to complete mentorship and/or supervision of staff• Mentorship program for prelicensed associates • Support for additional training, consultation, and supervision for a variety of evidence-based practices and room to increase exposure to a variety of treatment modalitiesQualifications:• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or related field• Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)• Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or within 3 months of completing a degree at the time of the interview due to our highly competitive training program• Minimum of one year of experience providing client service in a professional counseling setting (preferred but willing to train for exceptional candidates) Schedule Requirements• Full-time and part-time positions are available depending on licensure. Full time position requirement for Pre-Licensed Associate status due to extensive training and supervision they receive and to align with licensure regulations.• Full-time: 25 client hours per week; Part-time: minimum of 15-18 clients per week.• Flexibility to meet client's needs and maintain caseload requirements including some evenings and/or weekend availability from clinicians is required Work Location • Hybrid and fully remote options are available depending on qualifications/licensure status and schedule; Only those with full clinical licensure are eligible for hybrid/fully remote positions as pre-licensed are predominantly required to provide on-site services due to regulatory standards and training experience provided within the practice.About Company: CW Psychological Services treats adults, children, & families with a wide variety of behavioral health concerns.
