Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service while supervising the men's lounge staff• Train employees on proper techniques for serving food and drinks• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage staff scheduling• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant and lounge• Enforce policies and procedures• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of special events
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Minimum of three years of restaurant supervisory experience• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays• Must pass criminal background and reference check
