A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMORY CARE MANAGER Your role involves overseeing the hiring process to ensure compassionate and qualified CNAs and caregivers join our team. Once onboard, you provide comprehensive training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills for exceptional care. Additionally, you manage scheduling to optimize guest care and ensure adequate coverage. As you supervise a solid team of CNAs and Med Techs, you will offer guidance and support to maintain the highest standards of care. Your interactions with guests and their families are a highlight of your responsibilities, as you tirelessly work to ensure their satisfaction and well-being. Collaborating closely with the Wellness Director, you ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for everyone under our care.
