Club Pilates is also the first company to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint, and Barre.POSITION:The purpose of the Member Support Specialist is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales and intro class bookings, support current members with their studio needs, and present all patrons with retail and service offerings. Member Support Specialists must be comfortable in a sales role, while also providing excellent member service. Pilates and/or fitness knowledge or background is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who can be a part of our studio hype squad!!RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESRespond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls.
