Details of the offer

About the Role:
We're seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to join our team as a Member Experience Associate. This is an in-person role, requiring your presence on-site 5 days a week. Candidates should reside within an easy commuting distance of Denver, CO. Our comprehensive compensation package includes attractive commuter benefits to make your journey to work convenient.
As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the heart and soul of the member experience, dedicated to creating exceptional days for everyone who enters our workspace. While your responsibilities may vary, here's a glimpse into a typical day:
1. You'll be the first friendly face our members encounter as you prepare the office for the day - brewing fresh coffee, setting out a delightful breakfast spread, and ensuring all shared amenities are well-stocked and inviting.
2. With a proactive mindset and a sense of ownership, you'll masterfully manage inventory and order supplies to keep our location running smoothly.
3. Your eye for detail and flair for creativity will shine as you plan and execute magnificent events, designing unique signage that adds a touch of magic to every occasion.
4. You'll seamlessly onboard new members into our systems, ensuring their first day in our office is a memorable and hassle-free experience.
5. Whether it's troubleshooting IT or WiFi issues or providing any other form of assistance, no task is too big or too small for you to tackle with a smile.
6. You'll represent our company at local marketing events, ensuring prospective members understand the true value of our flexible workspace solutions.
7. When our Community Manager is assisting other potential members, you'll confidently step in and conduct engaging tours, showcasing the best our office has to offer.
We're dedicated to helping companies of all sizes find their ideal office home, where they can thrive and do their best work. Our team is redefining productivity by creating an unparalleled workplace experience. In these ever-changing times, it's crucial that our Member Experience Associates are passionate about building relationships and fostering a true sense of community. You possess the natural ability to connect with our members, understanding that the most meaningful interactions are rooted in trust and shared values.
You're the Perfect Fit for This Role If:
- No member request is too big or too small for you to handle - you find joy in restocking the fridge and fixing the printer with a smile.
- Meeting new people and working collaboratively energizes you, as you thrive on supporting and assisting to help a larger plan come together.
- You have a knack for creating order out of chaos and are always planning ahead, devising solutions before problems even arise.
- Resilience is your middle name. You understand the value of routines but are equally prepared to navigate the inevitable bumps along the way.
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, recognizing that behind-the-scenes work is essential, even if it's not always glamorous.
- Continuous improvement and efficiency are your driving forces - you're happiest when staying busy and making things better.
The hourly compensation for this position is $21.40, with the successful candidate's actual base compensation determined by factors such as work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You'll also be eligible for a generous package of perks and benefits, including:
- Fixed hours for stability and work-life balance
- $500 Sign-on Bonus
- Commuter Stipend of $150 per quarter
- Annual Travel Stipend of $150 (after 90 days)
- End-of-Year Bonus of $1500
- Paid Sick Leave as required by law
- Comprehensive Benefits Bundle through Sequoia
Please note that base and bonus compensation are just two components of our total compensation package. Employees may also enjoy heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, a 401k plan, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.
We kindly request that you refrain from calling our locations directly for employment inquiries.
