Responsibilities
• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider• Observe and report responses to supervisor• Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean• Assist with medication cart audits• Provide accurate counts of all medications• Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery
Requirements
• Completion of required training/certification• Compliance with state regulations• Ability to administer or assist with medication and treatments• Effective communication skills
