Medical Records Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN (This is a fully on-site position)
Pay: Up to $23 per hour

Responsibilities:
Review and verify accuracy of patient charts and upload into the Epic system Receive inbound calls pertaining to patient inquiries, make outbound calls scheduling appointments Follow-up with patients regarding scheduling for health screenings Transfer medical records Manage referral database, track referrals, and follow-up as necessary Schedule patient appointments and refer candidates to specialists Verify the patient has appropriate transportation to referred appointments Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience working as a Medical Records Technician, or Clinical Assistant Proficiency with Epic EHR system Strong knowledge of medical terminology Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
