Medical Device Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer, Medical Device, Contract Role

Onsite Preferred but will entertain remote for candidates that can demonstrate success in remote roles 
Experience with medical device cardiac pump and related devices required. 
Responsibilities Review engineering drawings and design documents to identify potential issues or areas for improvement Collaborate with engineers to understand the impact of design changes on the device's functionality, safety, and manufacturability Conduct thorough analysis to support design change decisions, with a particular focus on need for risk assessment, design inputs, and verification and validation activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Strong understanding of engineering principles and electromechanical systems Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems Ability to apply  Systems Engineer ing principles to the review of design change Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Growth/Benefits Work with a team of experienced engineers and professionals Gain valuable experience in the medical device industry Contribute to the development of innovative products that improve patient care
