Responsibilities
• Ensure dealerships have enough high-quality vehicles for sales demand• Manage Inspection Center team and operating expenses• Recruit, hire, and train Inspection Center team members• Hold meetings with Inspection Center staff• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback• Assist in conducting performance evaluations
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 2+ years management experience• 5-7 years in automotive repair• Ability to effectively manage and work with employees and customers• Valid driver's license and good driving record• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
