Job Title: Product Improvement Engineer - Mechanical
Location: NW side of St Louis

Role Overview:
Join our team as a Product Improvement Engineer - Mechanical to lead enhancements and cost reductions in our existing product lines. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on optimizing product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and execute product improvements and cost reductions.
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
Select optimal materials and manufacturing processes.
Validate designs through analysis and testing, including fixture and instrumentation design.
Design parts and assemblies using CAD software (Creo preferred).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, focus on Mechanical Design.
3+ years in Product Support or Project Engineering.
Proficiency in CAD and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years in product/machine design.
Project Management and Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Expertise in sheet metal, machined parts, and injection molded plastics.
Knowledge of VA/VE, Lean Manufacturing, and RCCA.
