Mechanical Drafter

Duties and Responsibilities: Design products that meet the design intent and conform to manufacturing norms Prepares submittal drawings for customers using AutoCAD Draws fabrication drawings for factory using AutoCAD or Inventor Draws parts drawings and extrusions using AutoCAD or Inventor Prepares Bill of Material Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested Skills & Qualifications: AutoCAD 2d is a MUST HAVE; minimum of 1-2 years work experience Ability to use computer software, primarily MS Excel associates degree or trade school related to CAD NICE TO HAVE AutoCAD 3d, inventor, solidworks will be a plus Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Architecture design experience or education a plus Tech school or associate level About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
