Responsibilities
• Manage the MDS Process remotely for all residents in assigned/directed communities• Perform all Medicare and Non-Medicare Minimum Data Sets• Exceed industry standards in providing care to residents• Collaborate in a team environment• Schedule and complete both OBRA and PPS MDS's
Requirements
• Valid and active state-issued Registered Nurse (RN) license• Two years of experience in long-term care preferred• Three or more years of MDS 3.0 experience• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, effectively present information
