Requirements
• At least two years of formal teaching experience in New York• Proven track record in accelerating student growth• Ability to plan rigorous and culturally responsive curricula• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement• Strong work ethic and organizational skills• Expertise in working with diverse learners• Strong written and oral communication skills• Certified as a teacher in New York• Master's Degree
