We are currently looking for a full-time Massage Therapist that can split their time between our Greenwich and New Canaan location, completing 20-25 massages per week.

Key Areas of Ownership Educate clients on how massage can benefit their overall optimal health and make recommendations to engage in other services to benefit their optimal health and to reach their health goals. Responsible for completing Optimal Health Assessments for all new clients. Must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate and transcribe all information regarding client's history and massage therapy services performed. Responsible for completing notes for all clients seen. Communicate with fellow providers to ensure full circle, team approach to wellness and client care. Communicate effectively with Wellness Operations and Site Leads Tailor all treatment plans to client's health conditions Shadow on floor and work alongside Physical Therapists in down time. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Associate degree or certification equivalent. Ability to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends. Valid state license in Massage Therapy and accreditation by the Commission on Massage Therapy (COMPTA). 2+ years of experience as a massage therapist (preferred) Ability to travel between several Performance locations with Fairfield County Benefits Competitive Rate of Pay Medical/Dental/Vision 401K Professional development stipend Generous PTO & Company Observed Holidays.
