Responsibilities Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and visit businesses within a one-mile radius of our current location. Inquire about lease expiration dates and assess whether businesses are considering a move. Information Gathering: Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their leasing requirements. Gather key information about their business space needs and preferences. Communication: Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the available open spaces and the unbeatable deals we have for businesses looking to move. Communicate gathered information to our Leadership team from interested parties for further details on pricing and specific offers. Ensure a smooth transition of potential clients to our leadership for detailed discussions. Qualifications: Effective communication and information gathering. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work independently and proactively seek out business opportunities.
