Marketing Manager, Student Housing & Residential Life [JRP-05125] The University of Houston is currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for Student Housing & Residential Life. In this role, you will manage the overall marketing and programmatic efforts for the Department of Residential Life and Housing, which includes presentations and publications for university functions and outreach, conference services, reservations and services for the university chapel and other auxiliary spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the daily operations of the department's marketing and outreach services, including supervision of staffMarket and promote services to potential clients by phone, mail, and visitsDevelop proposals and appropriate budgets for multiple sales contractsDevelop and implement policies and procedures for best practices to ensure quality client servicesDesign promotional materials and presentations for sales operationsResearch and analyze trends in student housing, conference, and wedding servicesDevelop on-going assessment of multiple areas of services (formulate related goals and objectives)Represent the department at professional conferences, trade shows, meetings, etc.Perform other job-related duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors and 3 years of experienceMinimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experienceSpecial Note To Applicants: When applying for this role, please submit a cover letter with your resume.
