Marketing Events Assistant

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for fundraising events. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and participant engagement. Create promotional materials and content for events, including social media posts, email campaigns, and printed materials. Coordinate event-related communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up emails. Manage event registration and attendee lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities. Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, analyzing event data, and preparing reports. Cultivate relationships with sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders to maximize support for events. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event fundraising and marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or fundraising is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
