Retail Marketing Coordinator Position Overview: As the Retail Marketing Coordinator at MLILY USA, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives tailored specifically to our B2B and Retail clientele. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to create and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate business leads, and support growth within the sector.
Full-time Salary employment (exempt) | Expected 40hr work week Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Monrovia, CA (remote option flexibility)
Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan targeting B2B clients to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth. Work closely with sales teams to create marketing tools such as catalogs, price lists, online educational resources, and ordering platforms, specifically designed for B2B customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and implement product launch plans within the B2B segment. Plan and oversee industry tradeshows and events to attract new customers and foster brand loyalty among B2B partners. Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth within the B2B market. Manage external PR efforts to build media relationships and develop industry partnerships that support B2B marketing objectives. Oversee the marketing team and external agencies, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate posting schedules on social media channels to increase overall brand presence. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with prior experience in the Sleep or Furniture industry a plus. Provide Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools and software.
