Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of information and materials for submittals, presentations, and proposals• Compile photographic, proposal, and firm credential files• Assist in the development of brochure materials and preparation for team presentations• Implement brand guidelines into all projects• Support project meetings and provide comprehensive recaps• Collate and distribute daily client status reports• Collate and distribute weekly digital and email marketing reports• Obtain client approvals during project phases• Maintain contact with internal client for project completion• Assist in coordination of marketing functions or special events
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related degree• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point• Excellent communication skills• High level of attention to detail• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred• Involvement on campus or in the community preferred• Legally authorized to work permanently in the country• EEO/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans
