Marketing Automation Specialist Location Remote in Lititz, PA : Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Help develop marketing automation systems and capabilities Move huge amounts of data from our warehouse to our marketing automation tool to support campaigns Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing channels using data driven analysis Help define customer segments and profiles for targeting and marketing automation Conduct EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) on enormous amounts of marketing data Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on measurement projects Essential requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Data Science SQL, Ability to write scalable queries Curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills Strong communications, organization, and teamwork skills 3+ Year's experience working in an analytics related position, preferably in ecommerce. 3+ Year's experience working with a marketing automation tool Preferred Experience:
Web analytics (Google Analytics or similar tool) Attribution Modeling Audience Building Experience using data visualization software (ex. Power BI or Looker Studio) Prior experience with large-scale, paid media accounts, preferably e-commerce businesses Python Liquid The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
