SolRiver Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our rapidly growing renewable energy investment fund. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach and visibility of SolRiver Capital in the industry. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing materials. Requirements Passion for marketing, communications, or a related field. Previous experience with marketing is preferred (through work or school). Understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Benefits The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is $65,000 and up to $15,000 of bonuses a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and SolRiver reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, SolRiver or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
