Job Description:We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Lithia Motors. This position offers remote work opportunities and is part-time in nature. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various projects and tasks. This role requires a high level of creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials- Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaigns- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field- Reliable and resourceful personality traits- Adaptability and persuasion soft skills- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
