- Assist one executive with administrative duties, including inbox management
- Address requests promptly
- Schedule meetings, handle catering, and manage appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required
- Provides Marketing administrative support
- Maintain sales pipeline updates
- 1 year of experience as an executive or senior administrative assistant as well as marketing and social media experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional planning and time management abilities
- Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Compensation: - Hourly rate: up to $25 per hour
- 25 hours per week, available for remote meetings weekdays between 9am-5pm
