Job summary
The Communications Specialist will develop and deploy marketing content for email campaigns and assist in strategic graduate recruitment marketing initiatives.They will work collaboratively with admitting offices and the Graduate marketing team to monitor and optimize marketing and communications campaigns.The goal is to increase graduate program enrollment.

Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy marketing content for email campaigns• Assist in strategy, development, and implementation of graduate recruitment marketing initiatives• Collaborate with admitting offices to develop effective marketing content• Execute digital ad campaigns• Monitor and optimize performance of marketing and communications campaigns• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement• Increase graduate program enrollment
Requirements
• Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and online marketing• Ability to creatively and compellingly communicate a brand's story• Cultural competency and ability to collaborate in a diverse team atmosphere• Writing, editing, and content distribution skills• Performance- and optimization-focused• Knowledge of goal setting• Knowledge of social media platforms, the web, and measurement• Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools• Strong collaborator, thought leader, and facilitator• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media, or related field• 2 years of experience in communications• 2 years of experience in digital marketing• Experience creating web content through CMS (preferred)• Experience with web/social monitoring tools (preferred)• Experience with digital marketing and online advertising platforms (preferred)• Experience with project management tools (preferred)• Experience in higher education or public sector (preferred)
