RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute site marketing campaign .
Facilitate site wide communications including the development of general correspondence, reports and presentations including organizational charts.
Plan internal meetings and organizes resources for internal meetings (materials such as flip charts, etc., coffee and/or lunch if needed).
Assist with other general administrative duties as needed (office supplies, mail/email/calendar updates, assisting visitors, etc.) .
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Some college experience/classes in Communications or Marketing preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Experience with graphic design software preferred.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
