Dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor needed for Aerospace industryRelocation to new facilities in Georgia requiredManage team, complete aircraft assembly, and lead daily operations

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of technicians for aircraft assembly and integration• Hire, train, and develop aerospace prototype and production technicians• Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Certification, and Engineering• Assist in low to high-volume production transition• Develop training materials and provide technical leadership• Ensure a culture of safety and adherence to Safety and Environmental Health objectives• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for improvement• Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in Aerospace industry• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in aerospace manufacturing• Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing methods and safety standards• Experience in product development environment• Strong organizational and time management skills• Strong computer skills, particularly in Google suite• Ability to work in fast-paced and highly regulated environment• Great verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail• Must be able to pass a visual acuity test• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted
