Manufacturing Operator

Job Function: Copper plating of circuit boards Shift: Day (7am-3:30pm)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains baths for copper, nickel, tin, etc. Plates boards with copper and any other required metal Tracks boards to be plated Calculates required amps for plating Measures thickness of plated material during process to ensure tolerances are maintained Keeps work area clean Follows Safety PPE requirements Prepare and process panels in multiple areas Feed, catch and inspect panels through various machines Make anode adds and chemical adds Unload and put away chemicals and supplies that come in Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be quality conscious Must be a dependable individual Must have the ability to read, interpret and follow work instructions Ability to understand and follow safety requirements in all areas Work in a team environment Basic analytical techniques Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads Ability to work flexible hours and shifts when needed Lift and move up to 50lbs Manufacturing experience preferred Familiar with chemistries used in their production preferred Maintain a clean work environment and assist in general housekeeping Work with hazardous chemicals and waste and follow best safety and environmental practices
