Manufacturing Engineering Leader/Director

As our Manufacturing Engineering Leader, you'll wear many hats. You'll provide guidance and mentorship in engineering, operations, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. You'll collaborate with department heads to ensure our technical leadership is top-notch, all while fostering a positive environment that drives exceptional customer satisfaction.
Here's a glimpse of your daily impact: Overseeing key processes: You'll manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Bill of Materials (BOM), process qualification, and more. Leading the way: You'll spearhead Lean cell design, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to the Cogmedix Quality System. Communication & Collaboration: Working with Project Managers, Quality Engineers, and internal teams, you'll effectively analyze issues and implement solutions. Building strong relationships: You'll maintain positive rapport with customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely deliveries. Thriving in this role requires: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (extensive experience can substitute for some education). 20+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing (subassembly & finished devices). A strong focus on quality, with experience in electronic quality management systems a plus. Top-notch leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
