Responsibilities
• Manage lot control for intermediate batches and coordinate lot assignments• Prepare manufacturing instructions and essential documentation for packaging• Monitor scheduling changes for label and documentation needs• Review batch record documents for completeness and cGMP compliance• Investigate and provide explanations for yield discrepancies• Resolve batch record errors and conduct audits of Standard Work processes• Manage flow of batch records and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements• Train union employees on system-related issues• Analyze inventory reports and reconcile variances• Maintain office supplies and provide backup support for label room functions• Coordinate instructive documents placed on the manufacturing floor• Responsible for Toll Production reporting tasks
Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years experience in manufacturing accounting or related field• Minimum one (1) years experience in FDA/cGMP/ISO manufacturing regulations• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (3-5 years of experience)• AS400/Prism experience preferred• Background in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
