Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company This role will be responsible for leading SEO strategy for BILL in addition to managing a team of SEO experts. You will need to collaborate across the marketing org to drive our approach to content creation and content strategy. In addition, you will be working with our website developers to ensure execution of SEO best practices as well as perform intermittent audits of the site to identify any technical issues. This role will build a framework for measuring progress and performance, and will be accountable for reporting out SEO-driven performance metrics.
We'd love to chat if you have: 7+ years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will have exposure to B2B SaaS and Fintech Track record of successfully building and growing SEO programs Proven ability to work with large data sets in order to provide meaningful analysis and insights Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion with minimal guidance Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc. Comfortable with driving complex, cross-functional projects Highly motivated and self-directed to achieve established goals Excellent written skills and highly articulate Out of the box thinker with a bias towards acting on new opportunities Drive and desire to continue learning and leading in a fast-changing industry Sense of urgency The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
