Your Opportunity as the Manager, Customer Commercialization - Coffee
The Customer Commercialization (CC) Team serves as a critical conduit between our internal teams and the Field Sales Team. As the Manager/Lead, you'll support some of our largest strategic accounts driving alignment between our Go-to-Market Strategies (GTMS) and retailer category goals. As an influential leader & advocate for our business, you'll coordinate the Joint Business Planning process while developing customer level quotas and budgets to ensure profitable share growth. Foreseeing trends & challenges, you'll partner cross-functionally to ensure we consistently deliver & show up best-in-class with our retail partners. You're bold & ambitious who can see the bigger picture while ensure we're executing on the fundamentals in a fast-paced and evolving marketplace.

Orrville Corporate Offices in Orrville, Ohio
Work Arrangements:
Hybrid (Onsite Expectations of minimum 30% = 6 days a month)
In this role you will:
Identify demand-creating solutions for customer-specific execution to achieve SBA plans
Validate assumptions against key metrics (ROI, on strategy, etc)
Coordinate with necessary internal functions (RGM, Customer Finance, Brand)
Run Customer & JMS Business planning
(JBP)
Develop and communicate customer roles and strategies within the SBA
Coordinate with internal functions to drive the customer planning process
Lead key customer planning activities internally & assist at the account – line reviews, innovation meetings, JBP and Top-to-Top meetings
Assist customer teams with Customer Strategic Plan build, roll-up and review
Execute against plan and monitor results against objectives (volume, spending, profit)
Tailor business drivers to meet customer key initiatives and growth drivers
Develop customer plans, budgets, and profit goals tied to JBP objectives
Own final approval of customer specific plan
Work with RGM/ Sales Analyst to validate inputs and assumptions
Track progress against customer plan
Hold teams accountable to execution of plan

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum least 5+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
Understanding of customer strategies & retail environment
Strong financial acumen – understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
Demonstrated ability to think creatively & anticipate needs
Superior interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively & influence cross-functionally
Results oriented with proven ability to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment
Experience translating data into strategy and clear actions
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), IRI and/or Nielsen
Ability to travel up to 20%
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
Experience with Target and/or Amazon
Experience working in Coffee/Beverage categories
Negotiation training
