• Support S&P unit strategy formulation and implement a strategic commercial approach• Define Contract Management processes, procedures, and guidelines• Oversee contract-related impacts, major claims, and disputes handling• Manage resources, align competencies, and implement Company culture• Support the Business Unit in monitoring Client business conditions, recommending adjustments
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA or Master's Degree Desirable• 10+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager Leadership Role• Manufacturing Experience• Expertise in Contracts Development and Administration
