Overview: In our manager development program, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and online training with the goal of being promoted to a manager position within 8 weeks. The program starts with basic in-shop and delivery skills and progresses to shift management and store management.
Responsibilities: Run shifts of 8-10 hours per day Open the store and prepare ingredients and vegetables Bake fresh bread for each shift Manage fresh bread production throughout the shift Supervise in-shop and driver employees Oversee inventory and product delivery Make personnel decisions with input and consent from owners Create schedules (for General Manager) Requirements: No formal education required Benefits: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Referral program Employee discount Paid training Location: JIMMY JOHNS #595 1635 Robb Dr ste 1, Reno, NV 89523, USA
