Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Management Analyst to join our team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere, although you may be required to make occasional in-office visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced tools and dashboards using SharePoint.
Engage in workforce planning and development to ensure that our team is prepared to meet future challenges.
Implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Conduct organizational diagnostics and interventions to resolve complex challenges.
Utilize expertise in human resources modeling, forecasting, and succession planning to support strategic human capital decisions.
Provide insights and support through program analysis and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in SharePoint design and developing related tools.
Background in business process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with human resources practices including modeling, forecasting, needs analysis, and planning.
Experience working with federal government agencies, preferably including the NIH.
Knowledge of NBS Travel, POTS, Adobe Applications, virtual meeting software, and Microsoft applications.
Strong project management skills are a plus.
