Responsibilities
• Handle multiple residential service requests daily• Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service• Perform preventive maintenance on all property systems• Repair property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors• Demonstrate customer service skills and complete work orders• Participate in all maintenance projects• Prepare vacant units for market ready status• Escalate problems to supervisor or outside contractor as necessary• EPA/CFC Type I & II certifications preferred - Must obtain within 90 days• Respond to after hour's emergency maintenance calls on rotational basis
Requirements
• 1 year of apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance experience• Intermediate knowledge of HVAC, appliance, electrical, and plumbing repair• Valid Driver's License and live within 30 minutes of the property• Outstanding customer service and focus on timely responses• Personal/reliable transportation and availability for on-call emergencies• Ability to use a computer• Good English communication skills• Ability to perform general physical activities
