Full job description We are looking for a Maintence Worker who will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and light HVAC. Key Responsibilities include: Preventative maintenance. Sheetrock repair and interior/exterior painting. Plumbing repair and minor carpentry. Furniture repair.
