Maintenance Technician

Job summary
Salad and Go is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician for our Food Production Facility.Compensation range: $30-$36/hr depending on experience
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.• Preventive maintenance and utilizing CMMS system to track work orders and spare parts• Continuous improvement and identifying root cause of failures• Installation of new automated equipment and aiding in developing new PM program
Requirements
• Mechanical experience with food production equipment or appliances required• Electrical experience is a plus• TIG Welding (Stainless steel experience preferred)• Welding and fabricating experience preferred• Warehouse food manufacturing experience preferred• Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse• Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift shift
