Responsibilities
• Maintaining production equipment and inventory levels of electrical spare parts• Performing repairs on equipment to restore proper and safe work conditions• Installing, modifying, and relocating equipment to improve production requirements• Reading/writing electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams• Testing electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance• Ensuring production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown or unsafe conditions• Following LOCK OUT/TAG OUT procedure on unsafe machines• Adhering to work orders and preventive/predictive maintenance systems• Completing preventative/predictive maintenance on all production equipment• Completing electrical and mechanical projects as directed
Requirements
• Able to read wiring diagrams and electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics• Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Team-oriented with attention to detail and precision• Willing and able to work rotating shifts• Able to conceive and manage small projects• Minimum 3 years of related experience
