Responsibilities
• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs• Replace electrical fixtures, switches, and sockets; troubleshoot electric hazards• Complete preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC• Repair interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor• Adhere to the company's safety programs
